Iphone wallet leather and felt

Since last year I've had quite some requests for Iphone wallets. This would be the follow-up of the Iphone pocket cover, which is simple &  straightforward - a cover with a small pocket... and a success ever since I started making them. So I used the free and rainy Pinksterweekend to create something completely new .. a phone-cover-wallet ++  Again, I wanted to design a functional cover with the real RAGZ NL look & feel. (In other words: I don't copy ). So there I was on Sunday night, at my desk with my Iphone, a piece of felt and a some buffalo left-overs (not from dinner :).
After a lot of sketching and thinking I ended up with 2 different wallet covers: One slim & rather classy with the buffalo leather all around. And one thicker and softer; a foldable cover with 3 extra pockets.

The covers need a few minor adjustments. Overall, I was satisfied with the result. Although hubby here said he would never use one, because he wants his phone to be bare :)

Because the first session worked out well, I dare showing the result here. When putting these siblings under your magnifying glass, please keep in mind that these covers are made of cut-offs and therefore not fully representing the quality of the buffalo leather.

Here you can see well how the phone (my Iphone 4s) fits in the pocket. The pocket will have felt on all (in)sides - here it still has one side made of leather only.

Okay, just ignore the flaws and look at the design :)

Here you can see what will fit inside the wallet. It has one more pocket on the outside back.

The colours for this wallet will be the 3 undyed wool felt colours: sandbrown as shown here, the nearly black anthracite and the lovely light grey blend.
